At Summer Moon Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wood-fired coffee experience; however, due to the perishable nature of our beans, we can only accept returns on non-perishable merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Ensure your item is a non-perishable product, such as apparel or brewing equipment, and remains in its original, unused packaging.

Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and include a copy of your receipt, then ship the package to our roasting facility using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
