To honor the occasion, we sourced beans from three exceptional origins: Huila, Colombia (the "Napa Valley of coffee"), Huehuetenango, Guatemala, and Copán, Honduras. Grown in volcanic ash and mineral-rich loam at elevations between 1,400 and 2,000 meters, fully washed and sun-dried, it delivers a velvety cup with notes of warm brownies, cinnamon sweetness, and a soft vanilla finish. Cozy, celebratory, and only here for a little while.
